Retreats Space Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Contracting parties: These terms and conditions are entered between you, the Referrer, and us, Retreat Space Innovations Corp, also known as Retreat Space.
Binding Terms and Conditions: The registration into the Retreat Space Referral Program constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: The referral program is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old and have signed up for an account on Retreats Space's website.
Referral Reward: Referrers will receive a 7% commission on the total value of the trip(s) referred to Retreats Space, provided that the trip(s) are booked and paid for by the referred person(s). The commission will be paid out in the form of a credit to the referrer's Retreats Space account, which can be used towards future bookings.
Currency: Referral Rewards shall be tracked in US dollars. If mutually agreed, payouts may be effected in an alternative currency using the mid-day exchange rate for the day preceding the payment submission day.
Referral Payment Type: Referrers can choose to receive their Reward via Bank Transfer (minimum payout of $20), PayPal (minimum payout of $5) or elect to convert their Reward into a store credit.
Reward Store Credit Conversion: Referrers can elect their Reward into a Store Credit, usable on any Retreat Space organized retreats. For each Reward dollar ($1), the Referrer will receive $1.30 Store Credit value. The store credit expires 180 days after issuance.
Referral Process: To refer a trip to Retreats Space, the referrer must share their unique referral link with the person they are referring. The referred person must use the referral link to visit the Retreats Space's website and book and pay for their trip(s) through the same account. Referral links can be found in the referrer's account dashboard.
Referral Validity: To be considered a valid referral, referred persons shall complete and pay a deposit for a trip organized by Retreat Space within 8 days of the original visit to the Retreat Space website. Any purchase completed after the 8 day validity period shall be deemed non-referred.
Referral Technology: Referrers are issued a unique referral code to be shared with referred person(s). Such code relies on cookies technology to track each referred person actions on the Retreat Space website. Such tracking is performed pursuant to Retreat Space privacy policy. Browser and privacy blocking may prevent such tracking and may anonymize referred persons transactions and will render such referred transactions null and void. The referrer acknowledges that Retreat Space is not liable for the omission of Referral Rewards due to technology and tracking errors.
Multiple Referrals: Referrers can refer as many people as they like and there is no limit to the number of referrals they can make. However, a referral can only be used once by a referred person.
Payment of Referral Rewards: Referral rewards will be paid out to the referrer's Retreats Space account within 7 days of the completion of the referred trip(s). Referral rewards are non-transferable and not combinable with other Referrers rewards.
Changes to the Referral Program: Retreats Space reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated to referrers via email.
Disqualification: Retreats Space reserves the right to disqualify any referrer or referred person from participating in the referral program if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada.
